Product handling systems are designed to either feed or collate the products before the wrapping machine or to convey the products after wrapping. The systems available are as follows.
- Buffer stores - creates a buffer of up to 10 minutes worth of product at any point after cartoning
- 5th panel collation systems - enables a collation of 5th panel cartons to be made a number of cartons within the collation require inverting before the collation is assembled
- Water wheel or star wheel re-orientation systems - rotates the product through 90 degrees before collating and wrapping
- Pack converger systems - takes the output from many feeding production lines and combine them into a single stream
- Conveyor systems - bespoke conveyor systems designed to meet the needs of the application
- Pocketed conveyors - for conveying loose products
- Side band conveyors - designed to hold the pack by its sides |
