SP Ultraflex specialises in the manufacture of duplex slitter rewinders and slitting rewinding machines used extensively in the Flexible packaging and Converting industry to convert paper, plastic films and aluminum foil. These machines are broadly categorized as Flexible packaging and converting machines and are used by manufacturers of Flexible packaging material in conjunction with rotogravure/ flexographic printing and lamination equipment for the production of laminated reels and pouches.
Three different web configurations are offered depending on the customer preference:
- DSR RL 400 (Rear loading)
- DSR FL 400 (Front loading)
- ULTRASLIT OHP 500 with an Overhead web path
Also offered are Web inspection rewinding machine WIR 300 and Doctoring machine DRM 300.
